Shipping Policy

How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
The total cost of your shipping will be added to your order total automatically at the time of your purchase. Simply ad your product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart and place your order. Our online software integrates with UPS shipping software to determine the cost of shipping based on order size and your location.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped UPS ground. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page and are calculated using UPS shipping software.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
Spinal Rehab Solutions, Inc. currently markets to all 50 states of the U.S.A

Where will my order ship from?
All products will ship directly from our warehouse in Henderson, NV. Henderson is part of the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for all deliveries including expedited shipments such as overnight deliveries.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
All orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship that same day. All orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Can I pick product up directly from the warehouse?
Yes. Whether you live in the Las Vegas metropolitan area or are going to be visiting and want to come by and pick up product directly, simply call first to let us know you are coming and we will have your order ready for you.

 

Warranty and Online Returns Policy

What if I receive a defective product?
While we here at Spinal Rehab Solutions, Inc.have a strict quality control policy, on occasion a defective product may make it from our hands to yours. Should this occur rest assured we will go the extra mile to help you return that product and get you a replacement product as quickly as possible.

What are the terms of your warranty?
Spinal Rehab Solutions, Inc. warranties all its products against manufacturer defect for the period of one year form the purchase date. Warranty does not cover product damage due to product misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or attachments , either caused by the original purchaser, shipping, storage, accident, fire, flood or acts of God. All warranty claims require proof of purchase.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Each product is shipped with its individual warranty card and manual. In the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, please refer to the warranty information and instructions you received with the defective product.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on all non defective products we sell within 30 days of date of sale. The product must be in like-new condition. Any product not in its original condition or is missing parts may be rejected for return or devalued up to 50 percent, even if the damage or loss of parts occurred during return shipment. We accept returns on all warranty-claim products for the duration of the warranty (1-year).

How do I return a product?
No matter the reason for returning the product, all returns must have an RMA (Returns Merchant Account) number. To obtain your RMA please call 702-586-5107 and choose option 3 to be connected to the returns department. Once you obtain an RMA, send the product to our warehouse at 177 Cassia Way, Suite B111, Henderson, NV 89014, ATTN: Returns.

Do you pay for shipping costs on a return?
Only on warranty returns. Shipping costs on returns for any non-warranty reason are not covered by Spinal Rehab Solutions, Inc.

How long does it take to be credited for a return?
Spinal Rehab Solutions, Inc. will credit your credit card within five (5) business days after receiving the returned product at our offices. You may choose to apply your refund money toward other products or as a credit to be used for future product purchases. Warranty replacement products are shipped out the same day of the warranty claim.
